To ensure fairness and availability for all, please review our cancellation guidelines below:
Appointment changes and cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (“no shows”) will be charged the full appointment fee.
Exceptions
We understand that health and medical circumstances can arise unexpectedly. If your cancellation is due to illness, treatment or an emergency please notify us as soon as possible. We will approach these situations with compassion and flexibility.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session so we can respect the next client’s scheduled time.
The full service fee will still apply
Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services
Gift certificates and prepaid services are non-refundable
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the session value may be forfeited.
